The Journal of Global Research in Electronics and Communications  (JGREC) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Saanvi Publications. JGRMS welcomes high-quality original research that contributes to multidisciplinary knowledge in science, engineering, technology, medicine, management, social sciences, humanities, agriculture, environmental sciences, and allied disciplines.

Authors are requested to read these guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.

 

1. Types of Manuscripts

JGRMS accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Mini Review Articles
  • Technical Notes
  • Case Studies
  • Research Articles with Questionnaire-Based Studies
  • Survey Papers
  • Short Communications

All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.

 

2. Manuscript Template

Mandatory Requirement

All manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEEE Conference Paper Format provided by the journal.

Authors must use the official Microsoft Word template.

Submissions that do not follow the prescribed template may be returned for technical correction before peer review.

3. Online Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted through the JGRMS Online Submission System (OJS).

Authors should ensure that:

  • All author information is complete.
  • ORCID iDs are provided whenever available.
  • Corresponding author details are accurate.
  • Required declarations are included.

 

4. Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
  • Either British or American English may be used consistently throughout the manuscript.
  • Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread before submission.

 

5. Manuscript Preparation

Authors must prepare manuscripts using the IEEE Conference format.

A complete manuscript should contain:

  • Title
  • Author Names
  • Affiliations
  • ORCID (recommended)
  • Corresponding Author Email
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review (where applicable)
  • Materials and Methods / Methodology
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion

  • Conflict of Interest Statement
  • Data Availability Statement
  • References

 

6. Abstract

The abstract should:

  • Contain 200–300 words.
  • Clearly state the objective.
  • Briefly describe the methodology.
  • Summarize key findings.
  • Present the main conclusion.

No references should be cited in the abstract.

 

7. Keywords

Provide 3–6 keywords that accurately describe the manuscript.

Avoid repeating words already used in the title.

 

8. Formatting Requirements

Authors must use:

  • IEEE Conference Paper Format
  • Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Figures with minimum 300 dpi resolution
  • Editable tables
  • SI Units throughout the manuscript
  • Standard scientific nomenclature

 

9. References

JGRMS follows the IEEE Reference Style.

10. Ethical Responsibilities

JGRMS follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Authors must ensure that:

  • Research is original.
  • Results are accurately presented.
  • Data are authentic.
  • Fabrication and falsification are strictly prohibited.
  • Duplicate publication is not permitted.
  • Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is prohibited.

 

11. Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to:

  • Research conception and design
  • Data collection
  • Analysis and interpretation
  • Drafting or revising the manuscript
  • Final approval of the manuscript

All authors must approve the submitted version.

 

12. ORCID

JGRMS strongly encourages all authors to register for an ORCID iD.

Providing an ORCID improves author identification and indexing.

 

13. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Authors may use AI-assisted tools only for language improvement or formatting assistance.

Authors must:

  • Disclose AI usage in the manuscript when applicable.
  • Verify all AI-generated content.
  • Accept full responsibility for the manuscript.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

 

14. Plagiarism Policy

Every submission undergoes plagiarism screening before peer review.

Manuscripts containing unacceptable similarity, plagiarism, fabricated content, or manipulated images will be rejected.

 

15. Human and Animal Ethics

Research involving human participants or animals must include:

  • Ethics Committee approval
  • Informed consent statement (where applicable)
  • Compliance with institutional and international ethical standards

Authors must provide approval details within the manuscript.

 

16. Data Availability Statement

Every manuscript must include one of the following:

  • Data are publicly available.
  • Data are available upon reasonable request.
  • Data are included within the manuscript.
  • No datasets were generated.

 

17. Funding Statement

Authors must disclose all funding sources.

If no funding was received, include:

“The authors received no specific funding for this research.”

 

18. Conflict of Interest

Every manuscript must contain a Conflict of Interest statement.

Example:

“The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest.”

 

19. Copyright

Authors retain copyright of their published work.

 

20. Licensing

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors.

 

21. Open Access Policy

JGRMS is a fully Open Access journal.

All published articles are freely available immediately after publication without subscription or registration.

 

22. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-anonymous peer review.

The editorial workflow includes:

  1. Initial editorial screening
  2. Plagiarism screening
  3. Double-anonymous peer review by at least two independent reviewers
  4. Editorial decision
  5. Author revision (if required)
  6. Final acceptance
  7. Copyediting
  8. Proofreading
  9. Publication

The average review time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

 

23. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Authors should refer to the APC & Waiver Policy available on the journal website.

No submission fee is charged.

 

24. Special Issues

JGRMS welcomes proposals for Special Issues.

Proposals should include:

  • Theme
  • Scope
  • Guest Editors
  • Timeline
  • Expected number of submissions

All Special Issue manuscripts undergo the same peer-review process as regular submissions.

 

25. Submission Checklist

Before submission, ensure that:

  • IEEE template has been used.
  • Manuscript is original.
  • Abstract is included.
  • Keywords are provided.
  • References follow IEEE style.
  • Figures and tables are numbered.
  • Conflict of Interest statement is included.
  • Funding statement is included.
