Author Guidelines
1. Submission Process
Authors must submit manuscripts through the Online Submission System or via email at editor@jgrec.info.
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be written in English and formatted according to the journal’s template (available on the journal website).
- The manuscript should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Manuscript Structure
A typical research article should include the following sections:
- Title Page (Title, Author(s) details, Affiliations, and Corresponding Author’s email)
- Abstract (150–250 words summarizing the objective, methods, key findings, and conclusion)
- Keywords (4–6 relevant keywords)
- Introduction (Background, research gap, and objective)
- Methodology (Detailed methods, materials, and procedures)
- Results and Discussion (Findings with interpretations, supported by tables and figures)
- Conclusion (Summary of research findings and future scope)
- References (Formatted in [APA/IEEE/Harvard] style – specify based on journal preference)
Formatting Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5-line spacing
- Page Limit: 6-12 pages (including references, figures, and tables)
- Figures & Tables: High-quality images (300 DPI); numbered and captioned correctly
File Format
- Submit manuscripts in DOCX or LaTeX (with PDF) format.
- Figures should be in JPEG/PNG/TIFF format.
2. Ethical Standards
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism (>15% similarity is not acceptable).
- Authorship: All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the research.
- Conflicts of Interest: Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
- Data Integrity: Falsification or fabrication of data is strictly prohibited.
All submissions undergo plagiarism screening using tools like Turnitin/iThenticate.
3. Peer Review Process
JGREC follows a double-blind peer review process:
- Initial Screening: The editorial team assesses suitability.
- Peer Review: Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
- Revision & Decision: Authors may be asked to revise the manuscript. The final decision (Accepted/Rejected) is based on reviewers’ feedback.
- Publication: Accepted papers are published online and assigned a DOI.
The entire review process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
4. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
- APC: $50 (USD) or ₹1500 (INR) per article (includes peer review, editing, and publication).
- Waivers & Discounts: Available for authors from low-income countries or in special cases upon request.
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
