Author Guidelines

Paper Submission Guidelines
  • Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • The first page should include:
    • Paper title
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Authors’ full names, affiliations, and email addresses
  • Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • Submission format: IEEE standard (8.5″ x 11″, Two-Column, max 6 pages).
  • Papers must be submitted in PDF format.
  • At least one author must register at the regular (non-student) rate.
  • Papers not presented at the conference may not be included in the proceedings.
Submission Method
  • Abstract submission is required for presentation-only submissions.
  • Full paper submission is required for both presentation and publication.
  • Submit papers in PDF or DOC format via the online submission system.
  • All submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality, technical merit, correctness, and relevance.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
  • Presentation Duration:
    • 10-12 minutes for presentation
    • 3-5 minutes for Q&A
  • Speakers must bring their presentation on a USB.
  • Upload presentations to the session room computer 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Each meeting room will have a laptop; speakers can navigate slides using the mouse or keyboard.
